EMPLOYMENT ACCESSIBILITY FOR STUDENTS PROGRAM

JobStart Employment Accessibility for Students Program provides post-secondary students and graduates, 17 years of age or older with verifiable disabilities, prepare for, obtain and maintain competitive employment. The program helps reduce disability related barriers to employment while assisting clients achieve their employment goals.

 

​​Services Include:

  • One to one individualized pre-employment and job development assistance

  • Interactive workshops

  • Job Placement and retention services

  • On the job coaching available if required

  • Accommodation assistance for employers 

  • Accommodations for clients i.e. assistive devices, ASL interpreters etc.
