PEER EMPLOYMENT MENTORING

The Peer Employment Mentoring Program (PEM) for Persons with Disabilities will match clients with Mentors with lived experience with a similar disability and or employment interest. Clients will engage and participate in one on one and group mentoring sessions to support and prepare them in the attainment of their short and long term employment goals.

 

Group Mentoring Sessions will include:

  • Drop-in sessions

  • Mindfulness for employment success

  • Mental health Mondays

  • Health, wellness, self-care

  • Employment mentoring and networking

  • Life skills coaching and development

  • Connections to other community resources

 

The Peer Employment Mentoring Program (PEM) welcomes all persons with disabilities (self-identified included).
